Shipping and Handling:
Shipping and Handling charges will be figured when you checkout.
All merchandise is shipped via USPS, either First Class or Priority (depending on the item). Although some items may arrive quicker, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Merchandise Returns:
All Merchandise returned to Focaljet requires a return authorization number (RA) in order to process the return. You will need to email us directly (at sales@focaljet.com) to receive a RA number. Please include a copy of your PayPal sales receipt and an explanation of the reason for the return with your returned merchandise. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the PayPal Invoice date for full refund (less shipping and handling fees). All returned merchandise must be in unworn, unused, and unwashed condition.
