I believe Mitch's last post was an answer to the question Shocktech posted.

And that would be rear camber. because of how our struts mount in the knuckles the camber of wheels and strut is always the same. Hence why if it clears sitting it will always clear.

Neither will rub on the shock. it's impossible to rub the front shocks unless they rub standing still and a 9" 20et should only rub at camber around the -5* mark...

You'll have more rubbing issues with the fenders!
I was almost sure I had to roll them but was just making sure it wouldn't rub on the shocks. Thanks for the response and when I get them and do my test fit I'll post some pictures here. Thanks guys!

(Thats why we're here!)

Way off topic and no point in posting a picture that is not on topic or even close. It looks like your Googling went in the wrong direction. That's a nice Cossie setup though.

You wouldn't get redirected to Google... that's what the point of this thread is for

Hey guys/girls, I have a question. I found a couple sets of wheels, a set of 16x7 ET45 and a set of 16x7 ET33. I want to sit flush without having to pull or roll, I dont mind stretch. Which wheel should I go with? My car currently sits on the h&r sportcup kit, its about 2.5" drop.

Can't stretch a 7.
Nobody makes a tire in the right size for out cars unless you want to run a 165/45//16!

You will have a hardtime flushing anything without at least rolling the fenders.

7" 45et won't flush up with out a 10-15mm spacer so that leaves you with the 33et but are you looking to flush the tire or the wheel?
You are going to need a little camber and fender rolling or you rub on hard corners and big bumps!

My guess is he's wanting to flush tire, can't really flush wheel on 7".

ET33 would be your best bet.

Correct. It will be flush.

I'm running exactly that setup right now up front. Rolled fenders, 16x7 et34 and 205/40/16.

Not sure how it will look/sit/rub with the sportcup kit though.

With those tires, it will have some serious tire gap! I was at ~4+" drop with 195/40s and I still had about 1/2" gap and the cup kit is ~2" higher and the tires are only, what, 1" od(1/2" hub to tire) bigger!

I know a Falken 512 on a 17x9 stretches amazing. right?

Kuhmo's(sp?) not so much...right?

I picked up a set of Kuhmos or some rebranded Kuhmos for cheap since 512's werent in stock. & I heard they don't stretch well.. that Toyo & Kuhmo's stretch best.

Right, wrong?

Some Kuhmos stretch is a tad off(to me). Everyone as their own opinion on stretching tires. Just depends what you like. The Kuhmo Ecsta have been stretch before.

Brands to stretch: Falken, Toyo, Yokohama, Dunlop(ish), Nankang.

EDIT(found a pic):Kuhmo Ecsta

Im going to be running a 17x9 +18 offset
will i have enough clearance?
i was told a 205/45 stretch would be just right
any other suggestions?
That's a bit steep. I'll be running 17x9 +24 and that's steep as is. You are going to need camber camber camber , but also depends on your suspension and ride height. If 2.25" or more drop you would need a bit more camber than Armanda, take a look at her car. Shes running 17x9 +20.

Dom's amazing craftsmanship of rear upper control arms to adjust camber. I don't have Dom's contact info since I used FJ to contact, I'm sure someone will chime in
