I may be doing that sometime within the next 50,000 mileages on my Duratec; it's solid valvetrain might need a check. Ford sales claims from 2003 indicate that no valvetrain service would be required for at least 100,000 miles. I've just crossed that threshold... yet this valvetrain sounds as smooth as ever.

Jen's car now has a whopping 150k of service with what I'd consider excellent valvetrain characteristics.... which includes a cam-swap on stock buckets.

I didn't have to drive to Fresno today, but I am leaving tomorrow around 8am. Now that I'm in LA for another day, I really should start packing....

One bright spot, I got Adele's new album for free. If you haven't heard it I suggest listening to at least a few tracks. Not urually my type of music but I can definitely appreciate talent and that girl has got one helluva a voice.

I'm glad you seem to be improving. Are these the same ones where you weren't allowed to have kids during treatment? Thankfully my RA isn't usually that bad, I don't take any form of consistant medication for it because I was tired of the stomach problems and the lack of energy.

Now it seems my best resolution is either preemptive or a hot shower, some soup, and a decent dosage of asprin.
