The SVT springs would be a good option. They lower your car about 7/8ths of an inch. (On my car and at least two others I know personally) I went with SVT spring because I drive on roads like this alot.

The other more expensive option would be adjustible coilovers. Crank 'em up high in the winter, back down low in the summer.
 
Some other options are adjustable height coil overs or putting the stock suspension back on for winter. With either of thses options you can get the drop you want and still have grond clearance in the winter.
