What springs could I get to lower my ZX3 so i'm not plowing snow?

You should be fine with under a 2" drop. SVT is not much of one but you can probably find someone selling them cheap. Eibach Pro-Kit is I think still the smallest aftermarket drop (1.5")--I've had it on mine in chicago with no problems. Good snow tires are much more important in winter than worrying about differences in drop.
The SVT springs would be a good option. They lower your car about 7/8ths of an inch. (On my car and at least two others I know personally) I went with SVT spring because I drive on roads like this alot.

The other more expensive option would be adjustible coilovers. Crank 'em up high in the winter, back down low in the summer.
