Nope, definitely not legal...any part that you change pretty much has to be a stock replacement.

If it produces the kind of power that the website claims, then... hell yeah! At very least, it certainly won't HURT! It offers the ability to increase your plug gap... which must mean that it is more than a rebadged stock coil like so many other. I'm toying with buying one and running it at the next dyno day.

I wish there were cheap dynos here.

I'm not expecting much power gain, but a little in smoothness and efficency, with more spark being exposed.

I'll keep FJ posted on any details. myFordFocus.com has one installed, and he's happy so far.
