This reminds of something I've thought of for some time. couldn't you change the blower pulley to compensate and still have at least some of the benifits of the UDP? ie less rotational mass and easier reving of the motor?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Yes, You could put a smaller pulley on the SC to compensate, but just adding the SC is enough to render a crankshaft UDP almost useless.
