Not only are they never going to know the feeling of calling 300 aftermarket hop-up vendors looking for parts for your ride only to hear them tell you, "Umm, nope, can't help you. What if you installed that other engine?" but now, they're taking the Escorts from us?!? The humanity! What about the children!? For crying outloud! Won't somebody think of the children!?? Come on H20Boy! Use your godly powers and smite them or something. Do it... Nobody will know... Just a little plague or something... Anti-swab their intakes or something! Do it...

uhhmm, okay, you might want to rethink your post in the zetec forum, and edit, quickly. What we have here is a small rivalry, not a war. we are all jetters. if you want to bash a little, do it in here (cause they'll never see it anyway). Secondly none of us intended to use zx2 parts as they don't fit SPI. And you might just piss off H20boy, using his name after such a poorly chosen mouthfull.
rethink and edit that post please, you don't want to get in trouble.

Well it's nice to see a new spi'er and and an enthusiastic one at that but I think your a little too enthusiastic!

Acm's right, our zetec vs spi thing is all in good fun and jest, I think calling them dirty f-kers was a little overboard even if you were joking around.

Still not worthy. there's guys here that have done much more to their ride than me. I just like to tinker. I'm nothing more than a guy with the wrong engine and transmission trying to make it work.....

I may have went off on some Mach owners too... Okay, listen! I had just got off a midnight shift, and I'm sticking to that excuse! Again, sorry everybody. Truth be told I'm just glad that people are still buying American cars, and I wouldn't even diss somebody with a Cavalier (well, maybe a little... that's what alot of my friends drive and even they don't know what it's like to call 300 parts vendors...). Again, much apologies to everyone.
