got some questions for you!
maybe you can help
as soon i'll need to upgrade my fuel delivery
as i plan on doing the 200+ hp
so my question is i want to convert to a return fuel system
1) does the fuel tank have a place to put the return line or do you need to make one?

2) if you need to make one how would you go about doing it?

3) how did you fit a fuel regulator on your fuel rail ? and what operates it?

4) did you replace your fuel pump ? if so is the stock intank or outside pump ?

5) and did you get a outside pump or intank pump ?

6) did you change your fuel lines to braided stainless steel lines ? and if so where did you get the lines?

7) did you convert your fittings to AN ?

8) what exactly is a "AN" fitting ?

9) what type of fuel regulator did you get?
and if does it have AN fittings and what size ?

10) also is there anything else i would need to convert ?

I plan on getting larger injector later with recalibrating my maf but i wanna go ahead and get this out of the way!
so any help you can provide i'd appreciate

first let me tell you this you do not need to do the return system till about the 220 to 230 fwhp

the best kit i have seen so far is the one SHM sells if he has it ready it is a bolt on set up

mine is all custom made non braided lines and an external pump

Could I get a 99 Cobra MAF and 48lb injectors and just plug them up and the car will run? Or would I have to get a custom calibrated Pro-M MAF? Did you have to send your MAF back to Pro-M a couple of times before they got it calibrated right? I was also wondering if a performance Mustang in-tank fuel pump would work on my 98 ZX2? Sorry for all the questions, but it seems like you're running the fuel setup that I plan on running after I get my 9:1 forged pistons installed next week or so! Any info would be greatly appreciated!
