I like the back it gets a big

The front well it just leaves me with this face

I don't know if i really like to much.

The interior is a big let down

What happen to the curves, now it looks like a civic interior. The black makes it a little better but I'm not buying a new focus any time soon!

I pray they offer this on the ZX3. (Really just the disc breaks)

Who\'s going to be the 1st to add the driver\'s side glovebox?

There seems to be some kind of glovebox instead of the fuse access panel. And that panel looks similar to what we have right now.

The rest is pretty bland, but it does have a passenger airbag shutoff switch...

looks fine

The #1 thing to be glad for is all the quality and engineering improvments. Also no more 14" wheels.

The inside looks fine, not trendy anymore. Yeah, it's more mainsteam, but it means more sales from Civic and Corolla. Someone was saying "I'm getting an import" just because of the new looks, completly ignoring all the other technical changes. Well, most imports are conservative looking and the wild ones are overpriced.

It is more refined and the import know it alls can't trash it anymore.

I like this! I really like the front end. The lights remind me of Jetta lights, and I like the chrome grille on the SE, but the painted is nice also. Painted mirrors and handles are great! I really like the wheels, and the lower "grille" on the back bumper of the ST. I'd probably take that part off the back of the car where the Ford logo is and make it chrome like on my 01 ZTS. I just like that accent. Interior is...interesting. I'd prolly have to sit in it first. Civic rear lights? I don't know-- the lights remind me more of M3 lights, w/o the extra lights integrated in the trunk lid-- anyone else see this?

Anyway, if they bring back AdvanceTrac possibly, I'm in!

Don't get a warm and fuzzy from it at all. First impression of the interior is that it had Taurus or other bland family sedan written all over it. Front is no longer unique. Maybe the ZX3 and ZX5 will change my mind, but as of now I don't like it.

What friggin' genius thought it would be a good idea to retain those rediculous bumper "ribs" from the first generation Focus??

I mean, come on! Look at the the Mondeo and look at the 05 Focus and tell me that those stupid ass body lines don't suck monkey nuts.

But other than that, I actually like most of the restyle....

, i like the way it looks althought i dont like those stupid ribs they put on the front bumper i can lvie with that though , the headlights make a big diffrence imho , with the right bumper would really look like a euro mondeo

looks like they didnt change the focus around much structure wise , just restyled it ? is this the case ? or is it riding on the new C1 platform ? will their be a Zx3 and zx5 hatch ?

I think it's a solid improvement across the board, save for how the grille bows out at the bottom. It's a bad line. Bottom of grille should match the flatter contour of the bumper. This looks puffy, and it's the only "round" line on the car. I LOVE the new back end on the sedan, it's much less "busy".

Also, the new interior is absolutely BRILLIANT. The dash was my one complaint with the old car (too much of that early '90's "organic" feel) I just hope we can get tan interiors in the ZX3 now.

These are the new North American model Focus which continues on using the original Focus C170 platform. It has been reported that we will keep this platform through 2007, and possibly as late as 2010.

YOu guys are going to be so pissed when you see what we are missing in the C1 focus.

Ford went cheap on the 05' the 05 should at least be comparable with the mazda3 but it ain't
