Bolt sizes for installing/removing header

Here are the bolt sizes you need to install or remove a header. I hope this helps and please let me know if I made a mistake on the sizes. Make sure you don't strip a bolt

Head - Header: Open end wrech or socket 10mm (6 bolts) and Deep socket 13mm (3 studs)
Header - Cat Converter: Deep socket 15mm (3 cap screws)
Cat Converter - Flexpipe: Deep Socket 13mm or 15mm (2 cap screws)
Flexpipe - Catback: Deep socket 13mm or 15mm (2 cap screws)
O2 Sensors: wrench 7/8 or 20mm
EGR Valve: wrench 1" and 1 1/16"

you forgot to mention that, if replacing the bolts (I got new ones with my JBA) you'll need a torx deep socket to get at 2 or 3 of the stock bolts. I think it's only 2, and it's not necessary to replace them if you don't want to. if you're not replacing those bolts, then there's no need to worry.

as a matter of fact, I would recommend NOT replacing them unless absolutely necessary because those 2 bolts help act as a holder to keep the gasket in place while you're mounting up the header.
