Burnouts are fun with any tire. Especially when they are legal.Those aren't the OEM Pirelli tires are they? The way I understand it, street tires don't benefit from burnouts.![Image]()
At the drag strip around here they will throw water in the bleach box for ever car even if you don't want it. So you have to do a burnout either before or after the tree turns green. I choose to do mine before

Thats dumb. Street tires get greasy when they get wamred up like that.

I do drive around the bleach box. You have to be rear wheel drive, or front wheel drive with slicks or radials to use the bleach box.

Thats not necessarily true. While everyone claims that street radials don't need a burnout, I consistently pulled better 60 foot times when I did a small burnout. Judging by the amount of rubber on this guys car, I'd say he went just a touch too far though.
