It's a common problem, I think it has something to do with the A/C compressor, but I don't remember. A search should pull up some info, there have been a lot of people with the issue..
as was mentioned previously, it could be a number of different things. It could be the A/C dripping condensation, it could be the wiper cowl problem, OR it could be the Heater Core. Any of those can cause the passenger floor to get wet, but at least now you have a starting point. Good luck!
