omfg!!! that sux. i do body work for a livin and that made me shiver. lol i can tell you that u most likley have frame damage , which aint cheap to fix. but just a guess ur lookin at prolly 1000-3500 dollars to repair that.

New quarter panel, new hatch, new bumper, plus paint and related labor, it ain't gonna be cheap my friend.

I feel for ya. I go to school learning autobody repair, and that also made me cringe seeing that car like that. If there's no frame and/or mechanical damage, you're a lucky man.

I was wondering how exactly they do the quarter panel repair. Do they just cut it off the car and weld a new one back on? Hopefully their is no frame damage that would be my biggest fear. Yes their insurance will pay but i've put a lotta time and money into various things on the car.

Totalled. Depending on your mileage and how old the car is. My guess is totalled.
Alot is going to have been moved around under and in the inside. You may have slightly buckeled the roof the qaurter panel (which runs from the rear to the front) will need replaced, they may or may not be willing to use the rear windows (but they will try). The entire rear hatch will need replaced (including interior skeleton. New window mounted, not sure what will be going on rear bumper whise but at least a cover and foam maybe even rear bar. The floor in the rear may have crumpled a bit, frame/sub may have shifted or moved. Thats my guess not sure...

omg!!i say totalled too..
frame might bent too.
it will cost more than $3500 to fix.
i had similar thing happend on rear quarter panel and fixing cost was $1200.

i suggest you to take off all aftermarket stuff and put your stock in, that way insurance company will not make an excuses not to pay for your car.
once you get money from your damaged car, get used focus, it cost around 6~7k and put your all aftermarket stuff in.

I would say maybe totalled, but it looks like since the Durango is pretty tall your hatch and quarter took alot of the impact, You may not have any frame damage, however the insurance company may total it since the cost to repair is greater than the vehicle is worth. however if they do total it, just buy it back and use this oppertunity to do an RS conversion.

If you give me a few hours I can give you a guesstimate using actual estimating software and basing it on what I can look at.

What year is your Focus? Miles? I wish I could see your inside of your trunk floor area.

I'm gonna guess there's gonna be some pull time in the right rear. I dunno if it's gonna be totalled though...

I was using a lot of aftermarket (non-OEM) parts and still came up with like $4700 including pull time on the frame, but that frame horn looks toasted. I'm sure there's a lot I didn't catch, and I was kinda guessing based on the pictures of the rear body panel and floor pan.

I was at 79% actual cash value of an 01 ZX3. So this is gonna be close. I'm thinkin it's gonna be totalled.

Dude, that seriously sucks about your car. I'm about 99% sure they're gonna total it out. I'd say strip off all your aftermarket parts if possible before the insurance company gets a hold of it.
