Looking on CFM and notice new Product \"outter wears,filter cover

This looks a interesting, any one have it? Does it really work, What are your thoughts?

hmmmm interesting....

I had the same exact thing on my dirt bike and you could feel a definite power loss.

I doubt you would see power loss on your car...my dad used them on our 830 hp dirt track late model racecar for 20 years. I think they work quite well.

I've talked a lot about it and I generally felt no power loss and at the end of winter I found everything from salt to bugs to dirt and my filter underneath was clean as a whistle. If you're using a paper air filter I think it's over kill but if you're using a K&N or any other performance filter that might flow more air and let in more dirt it might be beneficial depending on the area you're living in.
