im sorry, what i meant was what exactly do i need to have the front springs mounted on the struts. I want to bring my parts to the shop, let them compress the spring, and bring it back home, while using new bushings and mounts. What exactly do i need, sorry if i didnt say it right or it seemed all jumbled up/

You need the strut assembly, as it comes out of the car, your new springs, (and dampers if you have them), and I Highly recommend hitting up the Ford Parts counter for a set of strut bearings... They're cheap, and they Do wear out. They're just plastic "rings" with bearings in them.
You shouldn't need new strut tops/mounts or any other parts unless you have crash damage.

See my post above.

Also may need the top nut (I know it seems obvious) depending on whether your replacement struts came with them or not (new or used, Daisy or Maisey).

Good point. If it's aftermarket, it may differ from the OEM ones.

call around and i'm sure youy can eventually find a shop to do it for you. most won't because of liability purposes (at least, that's what they'll tell you), but you'll eventually find one. i have a Midas a couple of miles away that'll do it for some lunch $$$ (usually i throw 'em $20). i find this the MUCH easier way! it take sthem all of 10 minutes, but saves you an hour, maybe more.
