No you didn't Kona.... I just forgot to post it. :)

Hey guys,

On Monday, Kona and I are going to be hanging out at my place washing (and claybar/waxing Kona's). There are also about seven bowls games that day, maybe some pizza, and tons of Pepsi! Everybody is welcome!

What time do you think we should meet though Kona? The Tostitos Fiest Bowl starts at 2:30, and I will definitely be paying some attention to that game at least. Any input?

Sounds awesome! I so want in on this, but I don't have the day off :( I get done with work @ 2:30, so I can come hang, but you guys'll probably be done with the claybar/waxing part, huh?

Chris,
Come over dude-as well as everyone else! It's a G2G during the day for goodness sakes  .

Josh,
The earlier the better for me. I don't want to ruin your bowl schedule so I'll see you early.

BTW I will be there!

I'm not worried about the "bowl schedule." I can't stand ten straight hours of football anyway. I say lets get started around noon. Maybe a bit earlier if more people sign up, but that will be a late enough start, that we won't be all out of steam by the time later arrivees make it. Sound too late? We'll start with the Kona-car!

As for potluck...I don't have a grill, but we could just do pizza and such. I'll try to have some munchies on hand, but if you wanted to bring chips, dip, soda, etc. -- feel free!

I'm hoping to get this dreaded stain out of my hood finally :( . I'll bring the clay bar kit and a few soda's-just tell me what to get.
I really hope that we can too. I have a buffer that we can try to use also.

As for what to bring...I don't know? If you brought some soda, that'd be perfect. I'll go ahead and pick up the pizza as soon as we all work up an appetite.

DO NOT, under any circumstances use SODA with the clay bar! It's TOO sticky. What were you thinking? Sheesh..I gotta work also...till 6pm. Who's got the flood lights and gas heaters?

Gas heaters?!?!? Buncha sissies!! :p

What kinda cokes yall want me to bring?

Sorry fellas, would love to but the work schedule has been rather Scrooge-ish:

Xmas - Worked
New Years Eve - Worked
New Years Day - Working
Jan 2 - Working
Jan 3 - Working

What about future meets? I'm taking off the saturday during the Barrett Jackson, so that weekend is largely open, esp that friday night. Either the 6th/7th or the 13/14th we could get another nice meet together.

Can't use a frozen clay bar at night when it's cold. I've washed cars in the past while snow was on the ground and it hovered around freezing with the Lake Erie Winds bearing down....so until you've done the equivelent....bring a jet powered space heater and ear muffs....please.

I'll pick up a case of pepsi on my way...

I'll be glad to help with anything though...

So, was a time decided on yet? Did I miss a message somewhere?

There's something screwy with this new forum software. It seems like any time I reply to a message and go back to the screen with the message threads listed it has marked all messages in the forum read. This makes it tricky to find all the new postings.
