This is basically asked in the title.....what are some cheap mods that should be done before anything else...like simplistic things besides CAI and stuff like that....i'll admit it i know jack about cars so any help is appreciated!

My car:
Used FS Coolflo + SVT snorkel : $50
Used AFX UDP : $50
Used Ported TB: $50
Used SCT chip: $100
New 2k manifold: $121
New Magnaflow exhaust: $260
Dirt cheap, 127whp, 135wtq.
Used parts kick ass.
+suspension to desired effect... but you might reconsider used on that stuff.

u can get a cheap ebay cai for $30
New mbrp exhaust costed me $240 shipped but i think the price went up
these two things pretty much sent my 1/4 time from a 16.8/17.0 to a 16.2/16.4
