ok I have a 2007 SE 5 spd... my plan is this...

MarcyMotorsport low compression (for turbo) 2.3 (forged rods/pistons and ranger crankshaft)
FS Stg2 Turbo Kit (come with injectors/ECU flasher)
2.3 head
Cosworth intake manifold
Custom 3" exhaust
aluminum flywheel
Stg4 or 5 clutch
Torsen differential
Urethane mounts

does anything seem to be missing? I know the 2.3/2.0 have the same components so im buying the short block and im just gonna transfer the pumps, covers, etc...

are there any major problems I am going to encounter?

Buy a long block. The 2.3 head is better than the 2.0 head.

On the other hand, I'm pretty sure the ECUs are almost identical, so you won't need to swap that.

You'll probably want a larger exhaust than the FocusSport. 2.25" is pretty small for a major turbo build like that.

oh I thought the race exhaust was bigger... well I will probably get a custom 3" madrel bent then... I meant to put up a CNC/ported head...

What do you mean by Stage 4 or 5 clutch kit? I ask because the generic naming in Stages can be very misleading and vague. It would be a good thing to choose your clutch based on the power you'll be producing versus names, such as Stage so and so.

can someone tell me this, when boosting a motor, dont you want to retart the cams as to shortin the valve time, since your forcing in the air. So you dont end up forcing the air/fuel mix into the exhuast and get flames into the turbo and end up buring the piss out of it.??

I would recommend against the custom mandrel bent exhaust... go with something that is preformed, ie: borla, trubendz and what not... One of the FS Turbo guys had it and regrets it... :)

im talking about forgetting the turbo all together... just doing I/H/E Cams/Gears/Springs

Those were nice plans, jk, they still are. Still should be a lot of fun. I havent turned like you personally. I still dream of boost. Some day when I have a job.....
