In an effort to be independent, my mother added brake fluid to her power steering reservior. I know, I know.

I've never heard of this happening before, so all I know to do is syphion (sp) as much out as I can and refill it a couple times over to dillute the wrong stuff as much as possible. What else can/should I do? Surely the power steering system isn't shot? It happened last night, she drove it to work today so there's ~75mi on it since the wrong fluid has been added.

Thanks guys

remove the return line from the resevoir and plug the nipple on the tank. Fill the resevoir to the top with ATF (or whatever its supposed to use) and start the car. Turn it off when it blows everything out. Repeat this untill you run about a quart through. Hook the lines back up and refill/bleed. :)
