My Fairlane ran 108 in teh Quarter on stiff suspension and road radials with 32 psi... If I'd have given it some lauch dynamics and some traction it would have run a high 12. Meh. That car's gone now.

Raffi @ FS ran their squirrel-cage Focus around Willow's big track quicker with over 100 less HP than he did with the EuroTuner shootout's 410. It's a front-driver; go figure. My Focus will remain a mild, torquey NA-motored road car; one in which I can drink a cup of coffee while motoring down the highway.

Liz Miles is an anomaly; a freak of nature and a Miracle. She's wonderful for her skills, drive and passion for that machine and the 510 she's building. Ten years ago when I was completely obsessed with finishing my GT350 in a Fairlane skin, I'd have kept it wide open all the way to her door to ask her to marry me. :p Now, just meeting her and talking for half an hour would be a total treat.

I pass the torch to Lorin, Alex and Allen. :rock: :D

Well according to her myspace, she's found time for a boyfriend since the Hot Rod article. Shucks! I challenge whoever he is to a race, winner takes the dame!

In reality, you'd love the novelty of a woman that knows so much and then get bored of it when the novelty wears off. That's what always happens.

Well... I mean... as long as she wasn't a total bitch... I mean I wouldn't throw her out of bed...

Liking someone for only one aspect of their personality/being is a bad idea all around :p

I had posted this thread originally for guys like Lorin, Alex, Allen, etc... who'd love to have a female companion who shares their passion for motorsport at their level of participation.

I personally don't see the novelty wearing off... particularly since I completely avoid women who are NOT of this type.... which is the vast majority.

question is, could you see the tattoo wearing off?

and does it matter because the effect is greater on the palm than it is on the back of the hand?
