Sure, but usually it's cheaper to get the most out of one rather than combine them. They do twin turbos(saw a new 335I BMW today!),and twin superchargers,so I guess a turbo and S/C is possible.I am sure someone has done it.Try it out and let us know.:)

you can twin turbo a 4 cyl.... you use boost pressure from one smaller compressor... to spool a large compressor...

done on diesels all the time... and has been done on many gas 4 and 6cyl engines....

as for doing supercharger w/ turbo... yes its possible... but imo ... the supercharger would hold the turbo back eventually... due to flow limitation unless you port out the supercharger housing....

once one of the chargers peaks... thats the end.. if the turbo peaks first... it would create a block in the intake tract for the supercharger... if the supercharger peaked first.... it couldnt flow any more air that the turbo is trying to cram down it.... (roots style)

Lets say you had a Powerworks S/C.(roots)How about if the turbo discharge entered after the impellers and just before the intercooler? The S/C would make boost down low and immediately, and the turbo would supply the top end ,without having to go through the paddles.Interesting....
