Got more stuff done.. 56k take a breather

Incredible shadows and reflections on the garage pics. The thumbs down symbol is clearly a play on the cliche of the thumbs up hah hah. The touch I like the most is the grille surround. I also love the orange Ford emblem, but it honestly seems to actually detract from the effect--too much orange/copper, if that's possible. But it does look very tied together and uniform nonetheless!

The shot of the SVT wheel is pure beauty, by the way--framed well, lit well, and at just the right angle.

Are the tails just niteshaded? I love em!! The hue to them and the just barely blacked out look makes them aweseome!

You should probably go on and paint the back oval to match the front one, just so it evens out. Just a suggestion though.

they were dipped in liquid tint... bought them from another jetter a while back...

it's the same stuff that they tint glasses with i was told

The back hatch strip isn't all that difficult to remove, if you do a quick search in Exterior Modifications you should be able to find plenty of information on how to remove it. Once that's outta the way the back emblem should be fairly easy to remove I'd imagine :dunno: I'm loving each and every thing you've done to this car though bro, it's truly the perfect '05+ setup in one of the best colors ever offered for the Focus. I have no idea why they didn't use this color for more than one year :rant:


But now you know that you need an SVT rear brake setup right? :p

yea me and drew had to drive like 2 hours north to find this car... with a 5 speed... the dealers around here suck

Love the color! Love the black out emblems...wheels are great...grill looks awesome.

All the sublte touches you have done really make the car look great. I like the large effort on small things.

I dont like the SCT emblem. Just doent fit in my opinion.

I think the front bumper on the 05+ would look so much better if they just ditched the center bar in the lower grill and had an insert that matched the upper grill.

Am I just new, or have I missed out on those darkened focus emblems? I remember reading something about 'Black' edition euro foci or something, would those be them, and where would one locate them? if not locate, how'd you paint them? Car looks great. good combo of parts.
