Glad to hear it buddy. I know that project all too well, and though I don't envy your current task...I do wish it well. :)

THE CAR STARTED

bout ****ing time I am so sick of this project. I am still tempted at times to chop the car up into small pieces and mail it back to ford one piece at a time.:rant::rant:

and now it needs lifter buckets to. it has some nasty noise.

I dont know what was up with the slave cylinder. the leak stoped??? and it works. I ran the car through the gears while it was on the jack stands. everything seemed allright there. I am going to attempt to pick up the car tonight. could not get the car out of my dads driveway last night. it sits way to low. damn monsoon season.

I drove the car home tonight. she shifts smother than she ever has, and the transmission is quieter than ever.

yea the last thing that car needs is more power. it can allready blow itself up.

Thats awsome. Congradulations.

You're rubbing off up here as well dammit!

No tranny problems, but my ignition cylinder locked up last night as I was about to leave for work.

Now I'm home waiting for the tow truck to show up so I can get it over to Ford and get it repaired.

Plus, I'm driving a Honda till it's fixed.

Oh man, I love having a car nearing 100,000 miles. on my way to work the fuel gauge sender took a crap. so now the only way I can tell how much fuel I have is by millage. then to top it all off the only way to get the sender is with a fuel pump so theres another 100 bucks.
