Yesterday morning I walked out to my car to find all 4 of my Rota centercaps stolen...

What a great way to start the day!:mad:

They are stealing Rota centercaps now?

Now thieves will take ANYTHING!!!

Sorry about your bad luck.

I had the same thing happen. 4 brand new Volk center caps were lifted off my TE-37s 3 days after I put them on. Costs $120 for a new set. Grrrrr

I hate thieves. If you find out who did it, call me and we can perform a Doberman assisted castration. ;)

arent rotas like almost free ? who would steal center caps off inexpensive wheels?
kids these days are little sonofabitches! steal anything for ****s and giggles..

The "carbon-look" caps? Heck, I've got four of those sitting around somewhere you can have.

I can't stand them so I run without caps. Let's see 'em steal that! :p

Yup, those are the ones.

If you're serious I'll take them off your hands.

I was trying to decide if I should get new ones or try to find some alternative caps (perhaps less desirable??:dunno:) since this happened in my neighborhood overnight and might just as well happen again as soon as I replace them....

[FJ]-1: Sorry for the language. I honestly thought the swear-filter would have taken car of that one for me....I didn't even read over the post after I posted it.

Not to question your taste in caps, but what's less desirable than plastic with a fake carbon pattern painted on it? :p

If you want to PM me your address I'll dig through my garage to find them.

I have no problem with you questioning my taste in caps... Like I said, I was actually considering something different because I've never been terribly fond of the fake carbon fiber look myself either. The "less-desirable" comment was aimed at the taste of the thief who stole them.

Ideally, I'd like the same caps but without the "carbon fiber" look. I had actually considered painting the ones I had, but hadn't really gotten around to doing anything yet (I've only had the wheels for a couple of months).

Anyway, my current view on the matter is that even the fake carbon fiber caps look better than the rusty-ass driveshaft ends and dust-caps I'm showing off now :lol: :p
