with a c4 trans and stall 2500 stall. I have hook ups over at skat cranks for a 347 stroker kit at cost. Now it will be a bit but i'm wondering.... what the hell should I do with this thing? I'm in the process of rebuilding the motor, will be doing it a few times so I get the hang of it. I have a good understanding of the internal workings but I want to do it. I've torn everything off of motors down to the bottom end so far.
So back to things I really wanna do something with it and here are my thinkings. I dont really have a want for it to be street legal but would like to track it. The way that the 347 will be built and tuned will have right around 600 at the crank.
A. Pull an old foxbody out of somewhere and re-enforce the frame and drop her in and go. But come on, anyone can do that. See i'm original I have to do something ****ing retarded with it.
B. Buy something, anything with a straight frame out of the junkyard and scrap everything but the frame. We have a welding and fabrication shop in the family so really there aren't too many obstacles. Then take that frame and fab up a floor panel for the drivers side and make a tube frame and leave it at that. I'm going light here guys.

Take this golf cart and put a tube frame and cage on it and do something totally ****ing dumb. 600 horespower, 1000 lbs, yea.
D. Dont even think about mentioning the focus as that was the original intention for this motor. Now 10 people or more on here have this swap and it is no longer cool or original.
E. Put it on my S-10 frame stripping everything off it as getting the title done has found to be near impossible and it's a useless truck
F. The aeriel atom comes to mind here once I strap the supercharger on top of it. Find a frame from one of those.....
G. Get a used late model dirt track frame and figure it the hell out.

My reasoning behind this is very simple. I grew up around the sport and dirt tracks, I love to go fast. I love to go faster and incredibly stupid fast. Not only is the sport an adreniline rush but when i'm in a car driving it nothing else matters, not my personal life, not money, not my dumb ****ing job. I am part of the road, the only thing I can see is 2 yellow lines. I feel everything the car does and can feel how it will react. I love it and it is time to put my name on something.
