Sorry for your loss Dave, can understand why you don't ride due to your losses. Used to be just like you when I saw my first motorcycle accident. Come to find out, there were other issues involved. But unlike you, I do ride in the rain if I have to. May not have a bike anymore, but I got the gear to prove it. Hell, I even rode in the snow. Had a Buell XB12SCG...pic in this forum somewhere.

Dude, I had friends die too due to motorcycle accidents. It hasn't stopped me from riding. It's about the rider and how he/she can handle their limits.

May seem a bit shallow, but s**t happens. Had many friends involved in a lot of accidents and death...you just gotta move on.

Glad to see that you got her insured. Becareful out there, don't know how much dent repair gear you can stuff in your pockets while riding your "crotch critter.":D

Oh yeah, thanks for inviting me out to see Papawood. My ears were recovering the whole weekend. Think that I got partial hearing back in the left one. And thanks for you and your wifey for leaving me behind with the lead singer...was getting sick of listening to his so call wanna be Asian Philosophies...omg:what:

One more rant...lol. Went to get my Texas Drivers License...woot. They stripped my motorcycle endorsement....grrr. Have to find my motorcycle safety course card or I can take it again...love that course...lol.

So looks like Lopedia is the only one coming to hang out tomorrow, unless it rains. Dont know how much work we will get done TBH. I would love to do a compression test tomorrow, but I cant find the kit anywhere near here. If you have one bring it. Guess we can work on the inside a bit, meaning pulling what parts of the interior I do have, and re-routing some wires.

I just don't trust the roads here. They are slicker than **** when it rains...and I just don't trust a two wheeler here.

As for PapaWood...dude, we were outside waiting for you for about 10 minutes until Angie finally said that he's not coming out..

I thought you were coming out behind us

That said, we have our picture posted on their website now:

So uhhh...how about that thunderstorm. I pretty much almost died last night. I was comin home from a get together at Legends sports bar at 12:30ish and wow, glad I don't have a CAI.

Took a long time to get home drivin nice and slow, but at least I'm alive. But damn, I've never heard thunder hit an octave so low. It sounded like a very very dull thud/slap. Very interesting. I wonder what the carnage will be like...

I'm sure it can easily turn into a cruise :)

Well my car is going back in to the shop this Tuesday. Caliber Collison half assed alot of the repair work, and now the paint is starting to chip on the fenders, and I honestly dont think they used the right paint color. It looks like they used red instead of Infa Red, and the post accident vibration coming from the front passenger side is back, and worse than it was, and the "dummy switch" under the dash has came off the bracket they fixed as well. So the car is going where it should've went in the first place, a Ford body and repair shop.

Well...we haven't had many! At least since I've been here. I'd be happy to go on one. First when I'm N/A then when I'm turbo so you guys can see the difference :).
