Special order, too! The regular hood lifts for the Focus were too strong for the fiberglass hood at 40# each, so I called up Redline Tuning and they sent 20# struts... they work perfectly, in case anyone else with a fiberglass or carbon hood wants to use them.

Hmm, good question... Technically all of the US Focuses are still on the same basic frame, but I have no idea if the older seats will bolt into an '08-'10.

Well, my exhaust leak just became a priority... the cat pipe snapped in two at the converter weld.

In better news, the RS spoiler arrived. It just got dropped off for paint!

When and where is it? I've always wanted to go to that show but driving across country would be pretty nuts.

Yeah I was fine... the car probably would've been fine too if his car hadn't shoved me into a cement median wall. I'm getting pissed off just thinking about it again...

FOBT2010 is on August 28th in Ventura California somewhere. We don't know the exact location yet but I wish you east coast guys and and mid-westerners would come out and join us

I was just recently asked if the black on my car was a "sticker"...............................I then had to get out the ol' iPhone, and bring up that picture that Josh took at the Redman meet.............I wasn't gonna say it since you already know how I feel about your car, but just to fill in the rest of the crowd...............your car makes me wish I would have kept mine all red, and kept my factory SVT wheels.

All these darn threads about Carlisle! I tell you what! I have nothing really planned for my car, other than clean it. As I said in Jason's thread, I'm friggin excited for AFN this year (as I am every year)!

I know a few guys from NJ went out to FOTB back in like '04 or something. I've been thinking about it, and maybe August is doable. We'll see what happens.

Just do a thorough cleaning job and you'll be set... that was my original plan, but I just couldn't help myself and needed some exterior flavor. :arr: And thanks for the compliments. :thumbup: I'll have some teaser pics of everything installed the Thursday before the show.
