So, I'm starting to get parts for some much needed Princess love...
Received my replacement Wilwood rotors. Those F-ers are espenxive!
Also received the Modern Performance designed (MPx) oil separator. What a beautiful piece that is!
I figure, if I’m dropping the coin on a complete aluminum hard pipe kit, I want to keep them free of oil if I can… lol.
I think I might take the intake and cold side piping apart this weekend to clean her up real good, and install the separator. That way I won’t need to worry about it when I install the hard pipes.

I believe the "cup" in cup kit is derived from the notion of a spec racing series with a packaged suspension solution... Like the VW TDI Cup series, for example.
Personally I think there could have been a better name, but it is likely that translation from something German lead to that name.

oh well thanks for clearing that up. that makes way more sense. so pretty much there is not structural difference between a cup kit and normal springs besides the stiffness right?

So my mom just sent me this...
Dan just called me. He’s on his way home from work. He got a text from Karen that there are rumors that the village she is in will be attacked by terrorists. There was already an attack on Sunday and there were 80 people killed. She told Dan she loved him etc... It was almost as if she was saying goodbye just in case. Dan is freaking out! He’s crying and I don’t know how to help.
I looked up on the internet what was going on, and it said they were beefing up security etc.. Stay away from crowded places and not to park cars at the gas stations. I’m telling this to Dan and he’s telling me the bodyguard they hired to protect Karen’s group was arrested for stealing from them.
I told Dan to tell Karen to lay low, and she’ll get out of there soon. When she gets back here they are not going anywhere anymore. They’re staying put.

My brothers girlfriend is on a trip with her college group to Uganda. They weren't far away from Kampala during the World Cup attack. I feel so bad for my brother. I remember worrying about Ryan when he was in the military, but I knew he would be states side. I never want to imagine dealing every day with him being gone in an area that is hot. She has been gone for over a month and is due home in a week or two.
Good juju for Karen and my brother please.

Wow, Leslie, feel for you. My parents were in a similar situation back in 96 when I was in Ireland with family (staunch catholics). Of course I picked the weekend of the Orangeman's Parade. They were trying to call my cousins house when the rioting was going on but all the phone lines were down. We were a block away. I stayed in the house.

Just got back from being with Beth at the doctor's all morning.
She had a badly (really badly) swollen knee, but doesn't know what shy may have done to injure it.
Anyway, xrays didn't show any arthritis. The doc took 45ccs of fluid off of the knee and it looks like it might be infected. She's going in for an MRI tomorrow.
She's a hurtin unit right now.
