Carry on, people!
It's called Starbucks.
Believe me I'd do it. Flexible hours, good bennies... The pay isn't enough to keep our house running but with some effective downsizing it may be possible to have that so-so job and some freelance projects. It's called Starbucks.
I'm not knocking it... remember, I was a barista for a while. I loved it!Dont knock it, ive been considering getting two crappy jobs instead of one good one right now...
*sigh*
Yep! There's one in Los Osos. My cousin used to work for Bux, he loved it. He still goes into the one he worked at while waiting for clients for his tutoring gig and hogs their wifi playing WoW lolz

Has he given you any indication of what an average timeline is for going from starting pay to something more?I'm not knocking it... remember, I was a barista for a while. I loved it!
Beth's son, Ryan, is now working at the 'bucks we hang out at.
I can't afford to take a job like that, for sure.
I'm really stuck on the "half the pay" thing at LKQ, though I know it could potentially be a really good paying job.
Sounds good buddy. Might be a good idea, like you said, to rest on it too...Yeah, Mike, I'm formulating a list of questions to call him with... that's on it.![]()
This thought has crossed my mind as well. There is a shopping center locally that has a Bucks and a liquor store. I could potentially be dealing with the same clientele grabbing a coffee in the morning and a 12-pack on the way home. :lol:Dont knock it, ive been considering getting two crappy jobs instead of one good one right now...
OoOOOooooo... great idea!On a side note- I am totally hooked on Pandora. I've set up a "Radio Station" for the Ohio Players and I get nothing but 70's funk. I love me the internets.
