Is there a way to quell the ever present tq steer in our cars maybe like a strut brace or some sort of fortifying the chassis up front......? It's real abundant in the corners I know that's a trait of a front wheel drive car thought too, Just kinda of annoying that's all LOL.

Torque steer? What torque steer? The Focus is pretty mild when comes to that. No bracing mods will fix it. Best way to overcome the torque steer is through muscling the steering wheel.

If you think the Focus is bad (translates as fun to me), you should try an '87 Scirocco 16v.

the focus was designed with a zero scrub radius. so, if you'er still on OEM wheels, you should have a zero scrub radius which is as good as u get. im surprised u get any torque steer at all. are you sure its not just tram-lining that you are experiencing. whats your alignment like?

Huh when I get torque steer I just let off the gas and then tap the gas going around a corner but also at times I just say heck with it and push the gas a little more and turn the wheel less, torque steer to me just is a little fun ;)

yeah...thumbs up with the torsen...point and shoot. i feel i don't have nearly enough power now!

A focus with torque steer is just a myth.
Maybe, but most have never driven with over 300whp either. Mine is pretty much a beast on the street with well over 400whp and 17x8 with 245s on it. It requires both hands on the wheel at all times.
