So, I have a 99' XLT 4x4, here is how it currently sits:

I'm looking to put either some Cragar Soft 8's (Left) or Cragar D Window's (Right) on it at 16x8 if possible or reasonable. If its easier or cheaper to stay 16x7 I might do that.....

I want to push the wheel and tire setup out to the fenders kinda like this:

At the fender flares or just .5-1in out would look good.
I'm just a bit new to the truck scene, bought this Ranger mainly as a utility vehicle. But its time to replace the tires so might as well make some upgrades at the same time. I don't want to lift it, so I'm trying to get wider without causing any issue's.
I have no clue where to start with the offset or backspacing. I've been trying to read through as many related threads as possible on the Ranger forums and the one I found the picture above listed some good numbers. But going through Summit Racing's site I can't find either wheel with the matching Offset or Backspacing numbers to get that look which were 3.25" and -30mm.
Are the Cragars available in sizes that should fit this look? If I have to go to a 16x7 how would I need to adjust the fitment numbers?
Then come tires, I'm used to buying race tires for the MINI. Again don't know much about truck tires. I'm looking for something rather inexpensive and generally the look of the tire on the truck I posted as an example. Any suggestions?
