Well after a whole mess I'm not really go into it, here is what the truck looks like now:

The 30's are definitely too small, but I guess I'm just going to chalk this up to a learning experience. I'll upgrade up to 31's soon and hopefully find someone that will buy these 30's.

Wheel fitment is good but it looks like I could have gone with a 3.5 or even 3.25in BS because of the fender flares on my truck. If they weren't there the tires would be right out at the metal fender.
still looks pretty good man. The 31's will be over the top!

Just as an aside to file away...If you push the track width out too much more with back spacing, you will definitely have some bearing/hub issues. Especially if you start getting into more wheeling. It's an expensive fix too. Just stick with those wheels and put a taller and wider tire on to accomplish your visual goals.

Ohhhh my....... If I had unlimited funds that would be my dream Ranger.... with a Turbo....

Actually it would probably be that backed down about 10%, I would keep a functional rear bed and probably have a box rack on the roof for expeditionary type trips...

looking really nice! keep the pictures coming.. ahh makes me want one every time i click on this thread
After about 2mths of Craigslist stalking I found this one and picked it up for $2300 just over a year ago. There are some very nice 2002-2004 Edge's usually going for $4500-$6k.

Its a great little truck, today while loading it with dirt we were all talking about what a shame it is that Ford is dropping the Ranger this year and the Taco is probably the only better small truck out there.

I can't wait to have a driveway again so I can spend a little time tearing down the suspension replacing all the rubber and cleaning up some things.

Add on a bumper and the related parts. The center drop is deeper below the grill after 2001. Find yourself a wrecked Edge and rape the front off it. Score the dome hood too. Quick yard search ... about $1500 for a clip.

Yeah I know you can do the whole front clip swap but as you posted that gets pricey even from Junk yards... Though searching local Craigslist I've already found 2 black mint condition fenders from a 2002 Ranger for $100. Rear tailgate from a 2008 for another $100.

If I could do just headlights and grill I can do that relatively cheaply...

One of the guys on Rangerstation said I should be able to just bolt on a 2005 Edge bumper from the Red truck I posted earlier...
