i test fit these last night and doubled up one just to see and I wouldn't drive with that little threaded on and that was only 6mm. There's no way I would drive on anything over the 4.5s I just made without using longer studs.
Ok thanks im looking to run more rubber than that but the wheels look great.

Yeah I wanted some more meat to but everytime I look at how this sits it makes it hard for me to think about taking these off.

Yeah see I love that. But also love the little stretch I have. Which also means I get zero grip. Hmmmm its would be nice to hook though.

Thats true, and cant really drive around on my slicks all the time, so maybe youll see my 205/45 up for sale soon then. lol

As you can see in this pic I made delrin inserts, two different grades. Black really stiff and took 10,000 pounds of pressure to break it when I personally tested it, and I made white inserts that are a lot softer than black but still way more more solid than poly.

Of course the first day I really drive my car in a couple weeks and have a race this weekend (at the track of course) to shut this ignorant kid at work up... And my throw out bearing sounds like its starting to go. Looks like im going to have to ride it out until after. Oh well

how is that in the rain? I was thinking of those in a 275 for mine out back but i was worried about the wet performance.I daily on 245/45/17 nitto 555r drag radials

They seem to grip better then my regular street tires. Even when i hit the brakes hard they dont slide. im happy with them
