dont forget a decked block and head! and it may seem like over kill but you can do little things like this that go a LOOOOOOOONGGG way in an N/A build- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bvT2DK_pQDo

my grand father served in world warII and always said "over kill is under rated" i have built my entire tuning philosophy around this lol...

I owe you to help you out when you drop this beast of a engine in your car, because you helped me A LOT with my T-belt. + I want to see the first start:D
not to thread jack but how much help did you need??? im an average mechanic and i did mine in just under 1.5 hours... if i hadnt gotten the wrong part from tousley it would have been done in under 1flag...

Yes ... but I don't generally think that it was MY motor alone that broke it :) ... It just happened to be on it when it broke.

I think that your going to make a lot of these fellow SVT owners and Zetec people in general very happy when you tell them what you told me yest about a certain something breaking :)

P.s. You need to tell that jackass that made your mounts to hurry and finish your other one. Lol
Oh, and hey, jackass, hurry up and finish my other mount and catch can!
Thanks.

I will have much more info soon, the head is back together and is being run in on the dyno as I type.
I am not using cat cams, but I know which ones it is close too. (Gonna find the numbers, possibly going to buy a set of cat cams as well)

This project intrigues me... more pics! :)

Also, once you are done with the stock intake, you might want to consider fabricating your ITB's, lot of people use bike ITB's as a cheaper alternative... it was a big fad in japan a few years back
