Built the engine 5,000 miles ago, and the replaced the turbo. It runs well (short for an oil leak), but I am getting some massive crankcase pressure. Take the oil cap off, and you really feel it coming out at an idle.

Car has the PCV in factory configuration, and the valve cover goes to the turbo feed pipe.

Did I mess up on assembly and fubar the rings somehow?

The PCV is connected to the intake? Are you running the stock PCV valve? Disconnect the PCV line from the Intake and see how much is venting and if the pressure out of the oil cap goes down. What rings did you use and what kind of end gaps?

They were the standard rings that Supertech uses. Unfortunately, I forget the gap, but I followed their recommend setting for a FI setup.

Stock PCV, running to the intake manifold. Disconnecting it from the manifold is a bit of a chore since I would have to remove the entire manifold. (Damn you Duratec!)

PCV should be fine, I'd be more concerned with the valve cover going to the intake pipe. Remove that hose, plug off the intake, and just stick a baffled breather filter on the valve cover port. I had the same problem and that took care of it.

EDIT: My PCV is also routed to a catch can and then to atmosphere. Mine doesn't go back to the intake.

Verify and see if that PCV is a TRUE one way check valve either way I would route the PCV a little differently. If you followed Supertech Instructions you should be fine, they use pretty good rings, I'm thinking the engine is not able to "breathe" as much as it should, If you can put both VC and PCV to atmosphere and see if it's better that will be a good indication.
