17 x 7 Saleen Wheels w/ Tires *CHEAP*

I bought a set of Team Dynamics so I have this set sitting around. The wheels and tires have less than 5,000 miles on them and looking to get rid of them. Wheels and tires are in great shape! Tires are Sumitomo HTR-Z Ultra High Performance.
Offset: +40

Price: $450 SHIPPED/ $400 for pickup

Do you have anything proving the offset of these wheels? I'd like to be definitely sure of the offset before I throw money on these and get stuck with them.

I can verify that these are indeed Saleen wheels (I have a Saleen). He just doesn't have the lug covers on in the picture. All the info he gave is accurate. Normal focus looks good with the Saleen wheels. I have the ones off of mine on my 03.

According to massivespeedsystem, the center caps have been discontinued. The wheels will clear big brake kits.
