Wanted to show some development pictures of the 2004 2.3L Duratec Focus we are building for Chaz (The Chukker). The car was driven down all the way from Washington to our location in California to have several upgrades done.
We will be installing and custom making several parts such as...
1. Install Quaife limited slip differential.
2. Upgrade to Exedy Hyper-single clutch kit.
3. Rebuild engine with FSWERKS 9.0:1 forged pistons, Carrillo rods, ARP fasteners, Ranger crankshaft, stiffer valve springs, etc.
4. Upgrade current FSWERKS GT28 series turbo with the GTX3071R turbo along with intercooler, downpipe, plumbing, etc.
5. Custom fabricate full 3" Stealth exhaust system.
*Goals are to make a reliable and most importantly (usable) ~350whp @ approximately ~15psi of boost. Depending on how the traction is we may raise or lower the power level once it's complete and road tested.
