BACK IN THE GAME! !!! just got a new-to-me 2001 ZX3

MOD DAY!! :) Installed a mk1.5 euro grille, and did the blinker-mod, but slightly different; I hacked the holy living sh#t outa them, like literally got as much black plastic off as I could, except for the stripes across the amber. ..anyways, I was able to wedge them up into the grille, and Liquid Nails'd em in place :)

Oh, I also put a FocusFanatics plate frame in front, and a Focaljet plate frame in rear :)

That looks worlds better! How much was she? Reason im asking is cause i want a small DD car.. And a few zx3's have poped up! One modded with Svt rims, And a couple salvage title Real SVTF's! Just want something that get's decent MPGS and is fun to drive! even if i have to add a few things to make her that way! In the case of a base zx3 that is! the SVT i would not do much to just maintain!

Thanks man :) yeah, i'm real happy with the grilles, and have always thought they make a WORLD of difference on the MK1's

I ended up paying $4800 for it. ...decent, shoulda/coulda payed a couple hundred less but who cares :) I still eyeball a yellow 2003 ZX3 nearby (they want 6300, hahah!) and even spotted a ZX5 not long ago for cheap----probably high miles though. ...

SPRINGS INSTALLED :) man I'm so relieved to have these on, I'm nearly at the same point I was 13 years ago; I even improved upon the old days with my blinker-mod on the Euro grille!. ..last time I went blinker-less. ...anyways here's some pics:

Pulled in and out of the driveway and drove up & down my street, and it definitely feels stiffer when I hit the driveway. :) it looks way better IMO. ..

I agree, it does look more porpoiseful.
