Hi all been aaaaagggggeeeees since i last popped on here or did an update on my Mk1 RS.. some of you may know the car and others may not so heres a new thread to get going..
First off i have owned the car for 4 odd yrs and its come along way since i first got hold of it 'in near on' std form..
Then the tinkering started lol... the normal modded route first...
Not happy with it standing out from a 'sea of blue' at the ford shows i added a uniqe touch to make it stand out.. ( the start of being very different from the rest lol )
Then another look wheels and bonnet vents... and some tuning bits... FMIC gt2876r turbo on a superchips remap.. around 330bhp
Next to my P1
Then it all went abit 'Pete Tong' lmao... and made it go 'pop' and melted a spark plug...... which ment re-build time =)
Cosworth pistons, PEC steel rods, cams, vernier pullys, uprated valve springs, swirl pot, in line fuel filter and bosch 044 fuel pump all new silicon pipes etc...
Some Recaro CS seats were sorced from a vauxhall corsa VXR

Then came the 'game changer' mod... my 2nd favourite mod =D

A Change of wheels.. Team dynamic Pro race 1.2s 9j
Lately i have been sorting the interior to suit the darker look of the car..and a tweek under the bonnet
Still sorting the interior.. headlining and piller trims being trimed etc... also planning a change of turbo to a 30 size either gt or gtx
