Re: SVT Auto-X thread

The whole site is being strangled by the new adware. The reply in this thread, which I just clicked on to get in here is also missing... it was by thenorm. I'm curious to see if this post shows up.

I see this thread, but there are a lot of threads missing again.

Re: SVT Auto-X thread

^Yep. Team Pitstop, Team Rigz, FSWERKS, and Forum Troubleshooting (How ironic...) are all missing threads.
It also seems like we have been left out to sea to put up with this crap. :(

Re: SVT Auto-X thread

Yeah, almost all the mods must be off on Facebook slinging crap with noobs, blowhards, and knuckleheads on there, rather than reporting or communicating or fixing anything at "home base". The site has serious problems, and it is also slow loading on my killer-firewall protected work computer... the new adware FJ is handicapped by sux royally!!! "SVT cluster calibration" is now gone as well.

Re: SVT Auto-X thread

Just seen Cobrawannabe's thread in the FI section. It is there but it is missing alot of posts.

That couldn't be farther from the truth. If you'd like to take over trying to help run a forum unpaid on your free time while it undergoes a major transitional phase, please feel free to volunteer. Until then, try to keep your accusations of the people who put free work into this forum to a minimum; it cuts deeper than you may think.
Seems that Rons' leaving the forum alone is better than autoguides generation of ad revenue. :thumbdown
I am currently reaching out to Phillip to see if there is a proposed resolution to the issue.

For a couple of you, yes. I can see why you would be offended by that, you and heat are just about the only mods that post here with any regularity anymore. You are all over the place. There used to be assigned sections for mods, how's that working these days?

Thanks for promoting this up to somebody that can do something to correct the problems.

There are plenty of us who still log in and check communication between members, mods, and admins. We are all basically here, but not everyone is as active in conversation as Joe and I are.

We will see what happens with Phillip, I'm not going to let this situation turn into something where it was bought up, filled with ads, and ignored by the "new owners". This site means too much to too many people for that to happen. BEFORE ANYONE EVEN THINKS ABOUT SAYING IT: Ron feels the same way that I do. He wants to see this forum continue to prosper, he didn't just dump it off and move on. If he catches wind of there being extended issues, I'm sure he will do his best to help out within reason.

I can now see this thread again. Was missing for at least a week I think. Chukker's thread is still MIA on Team Rigz
though. His other one is visible but it has the same issue as this one, it's missing some posts.

Philip: There is an obvious conflict with the new adware. It should be decoupled and read completely through to find why it is hostile to the forum's other functions and features. If that is proprietary then the adware's writers must show up and do the work.

My thread can now only be found by searching for it. Also, it has now reverted to post #255 being the last post as per my previous grievance.
Hey, if you new owners of [fj] want us to post content that people would actually enjoy perusing and hence increase traffic here you probably shouldn't let this issue be.
That way more people can buy more Victoria's Secret bras and the various other tchotchkes littering this once (fairly) ad free site.

Funny, this thread seems to be the only one that's working right. :thumbdown

I keep getting notifications of posts in threads I'm subscribed to but when I try to look at them it shows the last post being back in July.

So can anyone see what Chukker recently posted in his thread? Reason I ask is he replied to it yesterday
and of course the post doesn't show for me, just stops at post number 255. Then today I see another
member also replied yesterday at 9:16pm. Don't know what he posted, as no posts show up for me after post 255.
So apparently it seems some people can see the whole thread and some can't.
