I recently got into a fender bender.

a few days later all my radiator fluid ran out so I put some stop leak in it and so far it's held the fluid. The issue is now that I'm having problems with keeping it going, it stalls out on me and seems to be getting worse . Could I have broke a sensor or something when I wrecked?

If you overheated at not discovering coolant gone then popped head gasket. That kind of a hit commonly pushes back on the rad support to crack side tank on radiator. New radiator time. An overheat will start the trying to die and such.
