05 Turn signal conversion

Can you convert your 05 fromt turn signals to use a headlight bulb. They currently use 3157 bulb, but can run a headlight bulb of the same socket.

You will melt the housing I'm sure, even if you got it to fit. Also, that area of the housing is made to reflect the turnsignal bulb in a manner to give a larger viewable lit up area. If you put a headlight bulb is you wouldnt be able to aim it at all and it wouldnt project the light hardly at all I'm sure.
Good thikning though.

Cut out the housing and go HID. I wouldn't but you can
