Hey everyone I have a 2006 Ford Focus ZX4 with 78k on it. It was a one owner car from Cali. Beautiful not a spot of rust, but I have all kinds of issues. I’m a mechanic so I do all work myself but I’m stuck right. When the car sits overnight when I go to start it the car fights its taking much longer to crank and when it does it’s almost as if it’s running on 2 cylinders. Then it’s levels out and is fine for the rest of the day until the next. This whole process is about 45 seconds. Fuel filter has been changed, plugs, I’ve tried injector cleaners, fuel cleaners I’m at a loss. It’s driving me nuts the car is still under warranty but because covid19 they are closed. Any ideas? Anyone?

So I replaced my plugs, rebuilt the coils, and replaced the IACV. It seems to have Worked but I’m still going to replace the fuel pump. I saw a thread on how to make a trap door. Any recommendations as far as a reliable company for the pump?
