Heli coil it for now, It will get you by until you can get a new/used head. Just try not to change out the plugs too much, it is a softer metal and wont play kindly with frequent spark plugs going in and out.
Sometimes, plugs will blow out if, the threads on the plug or cylinder head are dirty when you do the install.
