I ordered my Slipstreams from them. They arrived in about a day.

 

SCHWEET, I need to order my slips too....

 

Well I think I shouldnt have to call 4 to 5 times a day just to get a damn Tracking number. and I still havent recieved I emailed them 2 days ago and it says less than 24 hour replies. that company is all bull**** and dont know how to deal with customers at all.

 

I got absolutely great service from them. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

If they dont give me a tracking numer tommorrow they are loosing a customer. IDC if they have a good price on Rotas. How long did it take to get your wheels?

 

About 3 or four days.



I only live one state away from them, so ground shipping only took two days. They even replaced a damaged centercap no problem.

Hmm maybe they are just F-ing with me hopefully Theyll be a surprise at my door step tommorrow. and then Another 3 days ill have to wait for tires from Tire Rack unless I pay 650 for tires local which id rather save 200 and order them.

Well makes me feel better that some of you guys had good customer service from them and they arent just taking my money.

 

They have a pretty good rep. I'm sure that your wheels are on the way.

btw...putting in your order barely a week ago and not getting any response only 5 days later IS NOT getting screwed over. While it is no excuse to not return calls...they are probably just slow to respond like MOST other places.

And as much as I love the look of Jasons wheels on my car. I hate having to drive around in them so much cause Im putting more and more miles on his track Tires.

^sorry everythings good just got them here well 3 at least the other wheels on another truck on its way. It just TOed me that they never sent a order confirmation and tracking number whenthey shipped and everytime I called they were to busy or not at the office and I always got a Yeah Ill call you back when We get in.

Well now I gotta wait for the TIres to get here from Tire rack which is Friday.

 

Yeah! I can't want to see them in person. Now we definately need to go shoot off some pictures!
