the AEM should not get you failed, if you go to the website, you may be able to get the carb certification number. If you have a long tube header or cat delete, then most likely you'll fail.
For the MUSH-stang almost every part on the car is certified, except for the cam, but when tested if passed with flying colors. Anyways good luck
