18k on mine and I've got every syptem listed. I printed out the TSB's tp bring with me if there is any questions. Since my linkage got screwed up I've had a serious rattle. So it's going in for that again and hopefully to fix the clutch.

Got mine back with a bull shiznit response to the problem and no work done. Their answer for the metal on metal noise coming from the engine/transmission was due to me having a CAI and an aftermarket bumper. I asked them if they ahd alot of Roush Focuses come in since that was the bumper lol. Then their answer for the hard shifting was that my shifter had been removed and replaced. This made me laugh due to a few months ago when all my problems started, shifter linkage came loose and could not get it in any gear, they repaired it and replaced the shifter. I reminded them to check the oasis to see what they did last time before they give a customer a lame excuse. Then when I asked about the fuel mileage they told me everything was looking good on the diag. So I asked if 13 mpg for a Focus was normal. I was informed I had no clue what my mpg was. I had to show them a little math..... 169 miles from a full tank(14 gallon) to almost empty = 13.214 mpg.

Will be taking it back to another dealer after calling the Ford service rep. Working for dealerships for 5 years had some perks. If they dick me around some more I think its' tiem to trade it in for a Mini.
