OK people my friend just bought his winter beater and it is a 94 Intrepid only problem with the car is that the emergency brake is stuck and so the car won't move. Does anyone know what he should do? I assume there is a cable for it that could be cut but I might be wrong myself. So if any of you have some info that would be awesome!
MY friend called me and told me thathe just cut the cable and he is now able to drive the car. Good thing because I didn't want to have to drive 5hrs to pick him up
