My wife has an 02 ZX5 that had no A/C when she turned it on this year, found out it was the Drier/Accumulator and the lower line from the drier to the evap. Got the drier no problem from a buddys store, took forever to get the low line because it kept coming in without the sensor bung or we'd get the wrong line altogether.
Finally get all the parts, take them to our mechanic he hooks it all up, leaks at the drier he says, and tells me it must be the wrong drier, there are 2 offered for the car. Now I've looked everywhere and I can only see one drier offered for all Focuses from 00-04 weather it be DOHC or SOHC. I'm thinking he didn't hook something up right or didn't transfer an adaptor or something. Anyone have some good insight on this?
