I have the ONLY one. I talked to Tom earlier today and he said he has a new design he's working on and it should take care of the problems we've had with this one.

I dont have any pics of it now, but then again I also have 56k so I wont be uploading any just yet. I plan on waiting for the new one before I post any pics.

Thanks for posting photos of that. I've been wanting to see what that mani looks like for a while.

What's the plenum size? Does it hang down back bhind the block much? Some more detailed shots would be great!

The SVT is a zetec... but he'd have to modify the mounting points a bit and I think change the runner size a bit too, but not much. Being as this one is a one-off and not a production piece, I'm sure anything is possible.

Orange.. the bolts line up but the ports do not! So you have to either modify the bolts or the ports

Yep the ports don't match and the TB position is at the top center not at the side. I'm looking for a new intake manifold as I keep blowing the gaskets on the standard one as I run 1.5 bar. I've looked at the ford racing one but don't fancy the madification needed to make if fit and the only other one I've see is the Focus central one but thats very expensive. Can anyone suggest another manifold that will give me more mid range rather than peak power?

Regards

And

Call Tom at Focus-Power up. He'll make you anything you can imagine. Tell him what your thinking, and he'll tell you what it will cost. www.focus-power.com

Another intake manifold option for you would be the Ford Racing Escort ZX2 manifold. It's cast aluminum, and a really nice piece if your going FI. The mounting holes however will need to be modified slightly because the runner holes don't meet up with the head holes (because it's designed for a ZX2).

Tom can also get you an FR mani, and he modifies them in shop for an extra charge so they will bolt right up to your ZX3 head.
