so u guys upped the HP huh? wow, and u got some internals too...when r u guys gonna be available to do that on customers cars? Just wondering, cause when i get my turbo, most likely fmax, i will do internals no matter how much hp im gonna shot for, i want at least rods and pistons to make sure nothing blows up on me.

Anyway, car looks awesome, i hope u guys kick some ass

How is it that you have an Xtreme clutch kit? The HD isn't even out yet.

Naz...I've noticed we think very much alike with these cars, only I've also noticed your wallet is a lot deeper than mine, but the turbo solution is here my friend... it lies in the rods, cams, and pistons from race engineering in florida i believe makes the car 2.3l and 8.5:1 with the right grind for boost, an F-Max turbo kit, a recalibrated MAF and injectors, and an apexi boost controller and fuel controller... That settles that once and for all I believe... then we move onto the transmission where you may or may not want a lightweight flywheel, I personally would, even if it does make the car impossible to launch, it makes it rev faster than you can imagine when it is not in gear, also get a quiafe, some different fluid, and a contour SVT final drive gear. now to continue the traction solution, the fenders need to be rolled, pulled or simply redone to accomidate a minimum tire size of 235/40/17 for serious boost. put all of these things together, and you would have what I wish my wallet would permit me to do, I believe you already have the cup kit like me, as well as front and rear stress bars... how about sway bars? anyway the above is what my logic has lead me to believe is the ultimate setup, one badass looking widebody high boost zx3...

uhhh....if you got it turboed, you'd want the lower gear ratios we have stock for better top speed as it wouldnt have that much trouble getting going, especially with all the add-ons you've mentioned wouldnt you? I think you'd run out of gears way too soon with an SVT final....

and BTW...the wallpaper is hella nice too!!! Thanks 1320!!

true....you would however cost yourself more in tires though by going with the SVT.....that thing would make it that much easier to shred em, which might not be a bad thing..

true you'd loose a little top speec, but it would be quick which is really what I like the most... I don't do a lot of drivng at a sustained really high speed... On my daily commute I'm between 85 and 110 on open stretches, and then back down to 20ish where the traffic goes. For me having a quick car is more fun than having a fast car... I mean really manuverable, and quick accelerating... If you get in a top speed shootout with someone, stopping at 140 is plenty for me in a focus... I also driv ea Porsche 928 capable of 180, but never have I driven that fast... The most I ever hit was 168... that did feel like a bit much to me anyway... 140 is plenty of top speed, and will get you into plenty of trouble as it is... what's the extra ten miles per hour going to get you by leaving our gear? I think our ear is good for 150-155 or so and the svt is good for 140-145... seems like not a very big sacrifice...

I don't know... I was just describing my ideal setup, based on my opinion... I already got in plenty of trouble going fast, and quick is less risky with the law, and in a way more thrilling... anyone can floor a big engined car on a super long straight and point it in a straight line, coming out of turns faster, and having more of a jump through situations that require manuverability is more fun then straight line racing for me...
